Solar Controller
This solar energy management system was developed for swimming pool systems to obtain the most effective use of heating energy.

Battery Powered Luminaire
High power LED's are used as the light source, the LED's and battery are managed by a microcontroller integrated circuit. This made power level indication and usage optimisation possible as well as flexibility over the control of the LED's so they can be sequenced to display many colours and brightness' as desired. Although designed for a specific purpose the luminaire could be adapted for many others and there is also the possibility of adding other control circuits as add-ons.

DC Electric Motor Controller
Truvolution were asked by Harrison-Croft Limited to help them by designing and building a motor speed controller to be used as a promotional project for King James School's electric racing car. The project needed to be done quickly and was fairly cost sensitive. It was a microcontroller based project which allowed for great flexibility and useful information to be output by the software.

Multi Range Safety Ohm Meter
Once again Truvolution were asked by E.X.M. Limited to help redesign another of their products,
the Multi-Range Safety Ohm Meter.
Developed for use in sensitive environments, like aircraft or on
weapons and explosive devices. Testing rages cover from 199.9 Ohms down
to 0.0001 Ohms across four ranges.
Intrinsically safe
- Safe test current and voltage
- 4 terminal measurement
- Self Zeroing
- Digital readout
- Measurements can be made up to 50 Metres away
- Earth bond testing from 199.9 ohms to 0.0001 ohms
- 200 ohms and 20 ohms ranges are suitable for bridge-wire
resistance resistance checks on all types of electro-explosive
devices.

Exmeter Series III
Truvolution were asked by E.X.M. Limited to help redesign one of their current intrinsically
safe multi-meter products called the Exmeter.
This was needed to meet new intrinsically safe and RoHS regulatory requirements and update the
product by improving certain features and reliability. This project required a good degree of
lateral thought to keep the product simple to use whilst retaining and improving upon existing
features and achieving the new regulatory requirements. A micro-controller IC was used to improve
flexibility and reliability without increasing production costs. In this case E.X.M.
Limited only required assistance with redesigning the electronics of the product.
